My check-in was smooth, and the team addressed all my requests. The amazing details throughout the accommodation really stood out to me. I appreciated the breakfast and the selection of items they provided. The location provided quick access to major attractions, requiring only a short walk.

I noticed the air conditioner in my room had some slight issues.

The hotel includes a lift, which greatly aided moving luggage and made access easier. The hotel had easy access to water transport, a bonus. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail ensured a comfortable and convenient experience.

The Superior Double Room Canal View featured comfortable furniture and was well kept. The soundproofing was excellent, a great benefit, as it eliminated any outside disruptions. The room offered ample space, awesome for relaxation and comfortable movement.

The hotel provided convenient access to shops and restaurants. Main attractions were also a short distance away, about a 15-minute quiet walk. The neighborhood felt safe and was easy to navigate during both day and night.

weak air conditioningbland pastries

The air conditioning was a bit of a joke. It barely managed to keep the room from becoming a sauna. i contacted reception about it, and they seemed as thrilled to assist as i would be to clean the canals by hand. they offered a fan, which, to be fair, did a superb job of circulating the already warm air. also, the breakfast was aggressively average. Nothing particularly stood out, except maybe the sheer determination of the pastries to be bland.
